Alpha:  A Practical Introduction to the Christian Faith

 

Who is God?  What is the Meaning of Life?  What happens when I die?

 

We know that many of the people who come and check out our church still have lots of questions about God and Christianity, or may not even know exactly what they believe.  That’s why we offer the Alpha Course.  Alpha is a free 10 week class that highlights the main points of the Christian faith, independent of denominational bias.  Alpha is offered at churches of all denominations all over the U.S. and Europe (for more information on Alpha USA click here ).

What makes Alpha unique & exceptional is its design, which creates a forum for discussion that does not force faith or doctrine on people, but rather provides a relaxed and non-threatening way to explore the Christian faith and come to one’s OWN conclusions about God and Christianity.  In the past, many participants have said that this class was the first time they explored Christianity and did not feel foolish for "not knowing the answers," nor condemned for having a different opinion.

Alpha is for everyone, especially:

• Those wanting to investigate Christianity
• Those who want to learn the foundation of Christian beliefs for the first time
• Those who want to brush up on the basics 

Dinner is provided (free of charge), because we’d like this to be something that can fit into your schedule and your life.
